Tollhouse Crossing is an 87 unit, single story complex located in Clovis, California. The project features luxury apartment units complete with open floor plans, private patios, clubhouse and open spaces. The apartments feature energy efficient design decisions, including Anlin dual glazed windows, R-38 attic insulation, tankless water heaters, and HVAC from Johnson Air. Johnson Air provided design assist and installation for the project.
